FLOURplus relies on a deep collaboration between bakery associations, bakery companies and R&D performers to develop new, easy-to use tools for a better management of flour quality in bread-making. The proposed project will deliver a modern and smart process control system (FLOURplus system) which enables to accurately determine the flour quality and to counterbalance varying qualities throughout the main processing steps and quality determining stages (fermentation, proofing, selection of yeast and other ingredients) in manufacturing.
The NanoBAK2 project aims to take up the successful research results from the earlier research project NanoBAK. It will scale up, demonstrate and disseminate the technical and economic innovation of a climate chamber for proofing and cooling with an innovative, energy-saving ultrasonic-based humidification system for the manufacture of high quality products in SME bakeries.
ProBio is a new H2020 project aiming at supporting the flow of knowledge-based bioeconomy project results from research to market and fostering the networking and knowledge exchange between different European bioeconomy initiatives under H2020 and FP7. The ProBIO experts take the diverse nature and maturity level of research results into account and support each type of result with dedicated professional coaching and tools.
